Like I mentioned on Twitter (@CTHSHockey) earlier this week there will not be a D1 Player of the Week this week due to few games being played. However, those efforts won't go unnoticed. Anything performances that date back to 2/6, 2/7 or 2/11 will count towards next week's consideration for P.O.T.W. along with whatever games we get in this week (2/13-2/19). Here are some stand outs from last week that will be up for consideration.
Matt Wikman, Jr. Forward (Fairfield Prep)

Greg Zullo, Sr. Forward (NDWH)
4 G, 3 A, 7 points in 11-2 win over Iona Prep (NY).
Billy Vizzo, Jr. Forward (NDWH)
3 G, 4 A, 7 points in 11-2 win over Iona Prep (NY).
Ryan Lynch, So. Forward (NDWH)
4 A in 11-2 win over Iona Prep (NY).
Eric Austin, Jr. Forward (NDWH)
Hat trick in 11-2 win over Iona Prep (NY).
CK Keator, Sr. Forward (St. Joseph)
3 G, 2 A, 5 points in a 6-1 win over Wilton and a 4-4 tie vs. Darien.
Connor Davis, Jr. Forward (Darien)
2 G in 4-4 tie vs. St. Joseph (Stats for Darien's 7-0 victory vs. Trumbull were unavailable).
Austin Hansen, Sr. Forward (West Haven)
2 G, 1 A, 3 points in West Haven's 3-3 tie vs. South Windsor.
Stone Denbok, Jr. Goalie (ND Fairfield)
28 saves on 29 shots in NDF's 2-1 win over BBD.
Mike Savino, So. Goalie (West Have)
30 saves in West Haven's 3-3 tie with South Windsor.
Aiden Cain, Jr. Goalie (South Windsor)
31 saves in South Windsor's 3-3 tie with West Haven.

Also, taking submissions for a D2/D3 Player of the Week starting next week. This will be partially submission based and my own research as it is sometimes very difficult to find D2/D3 box scores and how can I acknowledge the performance if I didn't know it occurred. Send away starting with any games between 2/13 and 2/19!
